Why do you guys always show the food videos so fast? I have to keep rewinding to catch all the ingredients and captions about the ingredients. I don't mind the video being a little longer if it means I can get the benefit from the video.

If you're fat, here are the unbalanced feelings you have; Insecurity, Self-rejection, Wanting to protect the body (maybe if I'm ugly I won't be molested again), Seeking to fulfill the self, Feelings being STUFFED inside, Unexpressed, Mis-perceived & inappropriate feelings. Sorry you've been hurt, we all have. It's time to take your life back instead of continuing to make excuses.
