When I did this I was like, yeah, I'm gonna do just this one workout. An hour later I realised I did 4 different workouts. Thanks Cassey for making me forget the time and the place when I do your fun workouts!

It would really be helpful for you to write the type of exercise & how many reps to do in the description box. Sometimes I do these in the gym but I can't be bothered trying to watch the video & do it at the same time. Thanks, Cassey!
