I invented a new POP Pilates move called the “Pushing Grasshopper” that targets your triceps, total back, and booty. So, I decided it was the perfect time to do a whole song challenge to this spectacular triple whammy exercise. Do your best and try not to stop!

Today's workout made me get angry. Except for this video which I could end entirely, the rest of the videos made me feel I'm not gaining any force after following the calendars for 2 months. I'm trying my best, I love Cassey but I can't understand how people love working out, I envy you. I work out because I need to move, for health and because after it I feel better, but trust me I never enjoy it when I'm just in the middle (I'm talking about any workout, no Cassey's videos). Then I see how happy is everyone doing it and I feel even worse, I'm the only one who feels like that?😪
I loved this two last videos! Being able to complete a workout, even if it's shorter because it is only one song, really motivated me! 💓

Guys I'm feeling a little conflicted these days… I've been following the calendar for almost a year, and it's not challenging enough anymore D: I'm not sure what to do, I can't increase the duration of the workouts and I already use weights/resistance bands when I can ! What do y'all suggest I do ? Anyone in the same situation ?

Done for today.first time doing this and I didn't like it.I felt .Ether I am too weak or not doing this right but tbh unlike the other song challenges,I didn't find myself looking for the pause button✅✅✅✅
Dear Future Grass, yes, you are doing the same intense move over and over again for 3 minutes and 18 seconds. But you're also really strong. So, you can do it!
