I do this workout on my "rest" day. Shhh! I am supposed to lay off working out but CAN'T! So this is light for a stretch but not a "Workout"! Thanks
I did this arm workout just for kicks after my normal 30 minute morning workout & oh my triceps! So sore & loving it.

Loved this but push up rotation too hard. will do push ups separate. Also looking for how to work area under shoulder blades…lats?

I've been doing this once a week for few weeks and my arm has toned up. It's absolutely will be my permanent workout routine. Thank you for the exercise! It really helps me to get my ideal body
I was really enjoying this workout until one of the girls, said "nobody wants that flab when you wave", and the trainer saying "nope absolutely not". People watching your videos are at all different stages of their fitness journey. I would imagine this would be very painful for anyone self-conscious about their ams. Just thought I would share how I felt about it, i would hope Popsugar is trying to break those fitness norms of how a body "should look".
