Hi PopSugar! Love your videos! Could you please do a workout for people with tendinitis? I am allowed to work out but some workouts are too hard on the knee and flare up the tendinitis again!

Omg my stomach feels like there is a string being pulled so tight up and down my stomach! I currently weigh 184 but if the rest of your workouts are anything like this I think these stubborn 44 lbs. will come off in no time! Thank you for having these videos posted!
