Man! I wish I could do push ups like that!
Can you please develop an exercise using weights that can help you build enough strength to do a push up? I've been planking and doing incline push ups for a while now and for some reason even doing them from my knees is hard. It's like my body refuses to push down. Coming up is not hard as I've practiced pushing myself up off the floor but controlling the 'come down' is difficult for me.
