I’ve done many workouts on YouTube, men & womens over the past 10 years. And for Jake to talk about his past relationship/break up during his workout shows he has little class. Leave that at home. I think he will watch this years from now and regret saying those things.

I love the workouts with this guy, but kind of annoyed that this one said ab and leg burnout also, and all I really felt we burned out was arms lol.

not my favorite Jake workout (repeats???? why are the legs stationary EVER?? Jake is normally the KING and QUEEN of moving all parts at once… and no repeats).. I usually love Jake but this was NOT typically rock my world jake… did it once and never again
