How long did it take you to get your arms to their current size? I've been training for 5 years, I'm like an inch and a half taller than you and my biceps are only 15". If that's my genetic max then it's time to pin some test.

There is no such thing as over training, only under resting

wow cut your workout program in half if you really want to get bigger train every other day and in my workouts depending on muscle the compond exercises i will go down to 4reps and do 4 sets be 12 10 8 6 to 4 reps but other exercises i do reps as high as 25 reps. and my workouts are never over a hour i grow more with less workouts i think it also depends on ones genitics

This is all BS. Pumps are literally endless. If you keep working out you can theoretically outgrow the universe and collapse in on yourself, becoming a black hole.

Look it up bro

I actually like overtraining while having eating very, very wel before. And with A LOT of pre, intra and post bcaa's . My theory is eventually you will get big bigger biceps, because your body tries to adapt to the situation

You're making an overall higher volume as being a key. I'd guess your arms are predisposed toward growing quickly just like we all have certain body parts that grow like weeds and others that don't seem to budge. Much of the recent research backs how I trained back in the day so I mostly stayed between 8-10 reps but also went as low as 3-5, 12-15, and 20+ to get the fullest array of muscle fibers.

If you're not training your third arm you're doing it wrong.

I train for 45 mins then I fuck off home. These dick heads who spend up to 2 hours a day in the gym, baffles me.

I follow the exact same split routine, except for the added biceps/triceps day. I workout 4 days a week, I didn't change the workout plan, but I added biceps to the legs day and triceps to the shoulders day so I can hit those twice a week…what do you think ?

Im pumping chest 2-3 times a week . Rib cage is large which give it a good V shape , but it drag my chest out to a broad size and is very thin , same with back and lats , very broad muscles but no thickness lol , but I dont care about back lol .

2 hours is your point to reach overtraining, which is totally feasible. You're very young and you've trained or years. This information is tailored to you and nobody else. A 45 year old male with no cardio and no weight training experience (the other extreme) for example, is a totally different story. He might overtrain in as little as 30 minutes because of shitty lactate treshold.

Just sayin', good info otherwise.

Sorry if you are natural you are overtraining 6 days a week. Lifters generally will prefer training their most genetic body parts more because it just feels better. Bigger size and better pump from exercises from most genetic body parts. Your arms are your best body part due to genetics not how much you train them. Train 4 days a week and hit arms twice and your arms will still be best body part but you will most likely be bigger stronger everywhere.

I used to overtrain triceps and they would grow like crazy but the weird thing was is that my shoulders and traps shrank to supper skinny not because I wasn't training them enough but I think it might of been because my Triceps was pulling on the shoulder and traps causing it too shorten but that's just what I think. Is that possible???

I dont know that you can talk about frequency without being in context of intensity. Frequency should, and must decrease with intensity level. This is where you can fit your life around training. If your workouts aren't high intensity, plan on having mail forwarded to the gym, it's your new home if you want results. Conversely, higher intensity will get you out of the gym faster and less frequent returns. If you arent sore 3 days, your intensity is lower. Intensity doesnt mean "heavy" either. Training to failure, forced reps, strip sets, extended time under tension increases intensity. You can get big both ways, but it's important to understand the relationship between frequency and intensity.

Awesome ending.
As a natural, I was training a 2 day split, chest shoulder tricep and legs back bicep lots of volume and 8 12 reps going 4 days a week.
Ex. Chest was flat incline decline d bells for 3 sets each then flat and decline machine bench for 3 each…. I may have even done 4 sets for all at most.

You need to let the muscle rest for at least 48h or you’ll never give it a chance to grow. That’s a medical fact. After 10 days of rest your muscle are back at 0. Meaning that you haven’t done anything.

It's possible to overtrain in simple low volume full-body hi-intensity training too! Try doing one of Ellington Darden ph.d MWF full-body routines to pos. muscular failure once you've reached a fairly hi-level of strength…impossible to do it & progress.i'm referring to his 1986 book;" SUPER HI-INTENSITY".once you get to about 250 lbs in squat, stiff lift, bent row & bench press for 8-12 reps you'll hit the wall & begin overtraining…on only ONE SET!!!….WTF??
