Hey Tiffany! I have difficulties doing exercises where I need to sit up. My tailbone is really sticking out and it hurts a lot even when I put a pillow under it 🙁 As a result I'm either in a lot of pain while doing the exercise which prevents me from completing it or i have to lean weirdly to one side while doing it… Do you have any advice on this? 🙏
