Tip: if you're using this to gain a bigger butt, YOU MUST USE WEIGHTS!! as heavy as you can or else all you'll do is time your butt, even making it look smaller. You have to use heavy weights to gain muscle mass and get a bigger butt
I do this twice through with a heavy resistance band everyday, love it💫
