started a new program finally picked good weights didn't miss any reps first week, picking weights has been a struggle for me as a 16 year old because I get really excited and fail reps
Not to question your squat skills (too much), but couldn't those safety bars be a few notches higher? Always thought they should be set at (or slightly above) your bottom out point (which seems to be above those). Just sayin'. Good work on the PR.
Hi Omar, great to see you making progress on the high bar squat. I've found your videos very inspiring. I've started the stronglifts 5×5 programme but seem to be stuck on 70 kg Squats which is starting to get frustrating. Do you have any tips on how to break through a plateau? Thanks, Reece.

I don't understand spotters for squats. If you can't make it you just dump that shit. It only risks injury for the spotter.
