when i only started lifting i went bro diet for the first 3 months, chicken and rice with some broccoli. long story short after 3 months of it i felt crap! i then hit my leg off a scissor bench at work and because my immune system was so low i got a streptococcal infection that went into my blood! lol so i learned the hard way, actually started researching it more and before you know it on a healthy balanced diet and making gains! #wishididnthavetolearnthehardway

Bro. I tried a bro diet once and I only lasted like 3 weeks. Then I came across IIFYM and my life changed. Man if it wasn't for the youtube fitness community, I doubt I would have made half the gains I have mafe thus far into my journey. Real talk I've outgrown so many of the older guys in gym, and it's all because I have a better understanding of how the body works with regards to training and diet. Misinformation can truly fuck you over in this game.
