i think i can simply gain my weight if my daily meals(every meal) included Nandos,Mcd, and all those delicious famous foods.since my appetite is small and im a picky person. but it's all about money. lol

Eating something that I'm supposed to eat is a pain in the ass for me, so I do intermittent fasting for 21 hours, and break my fast after a workout when I am feeling the most hungry, in that 3 hour window, I cook 18 whole eggs (my only main source of protein) with some tomato sauce, and then I let it cool down before I throw it again into the blender, and let the the blender do all the chewing (I used to spend 2 hours on a meal like this, feeling like a fucking cow chewing non-stop), and I also add 100 grams of macadamia nuts but these I do chew because I enjoy them really….. when I'm done with this, I wait 1 and a half hour before starting my next meal consisted of a pound of patatoes and a pound of carrots cooked together, this meal is a bit easier to eat for so I finish it in around 45 minutes.

Us hardgainers are the minorities in the fitness world. Literally almost all videos about getting fit are about fat people and losing weight, like I get it obesity is an epidemic and all but skinny people matter too, and I’d even come to say that it’s harder to gain weight than to loose it.
I found weight gain shakes helped me a lot, but a tip that helped me before was to use oil in all your foods. It’s a easy way in getting an extra 100+ calories into your meals/shakes and you don’t even notice it’s there.

All the videos titled “how to gain weight if your skinny” always just say “eat more lmao” like what?? If I was able to eat an extra 1,000 calories easily just like that, I wouldn’t be skinny!
