Winner of a video, been searching for "how to get a muffin top" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Weniley Muffin Maticulous – (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my brother in law got great results with it.
God! The last one is really hard for me…
i'm gonna try this out & update for every day.
DAY 1 – did it twice – 11m workout. not really feeling any difference. many of the moves were hard to accomplish successfully.
DAY 2 – didn't do – but noticed a difference

I have a medical condition that prevents me from putting any weight on my elbows. You have a few exercises in ur video where u put ur weight on the elbow. How can I modify the exercise so I can work the same muscle group?

Ok i have seen alot of these and they never finish so imma do it for 2 weeks straight I may skip some days but ill try to update yall
(Im doing this 2 times a day in the afternoon and night, im 17 years old, around 160 and 5’8, i eat a something small in morning, i dont eat in afternoon till about 3:00–6:00 and after i eat light snacks or fruit)
Day one: felt pain cant lie but I enjoyed the twist with a figure 8 (i didnt write in day one so here)
Day two: could do 90% of the work out and felt more stretching, i can’t really see any results and i felt burn and stuff in my lower part of stomach 🙂
Day three: i see a change 100% 😀
