So I noticed you guys didn't do all chest then all shoulders etc. You alternated chest to shoulder to chest etc. Is that the better approach to take?

This was a good video. Push workouts are my favorite workouts. Have you ever thought of doing the incline dumbbell press with a neutral grip?(palms facing each other) because it contracts the chest harder at the top and it is safer for the shoulder joints.
