Awesome. I couldn’t do the abs section in one go. My core isn’t there yet. However, I am amazed at how I could do the abs up to those fast scissor sit ups. I had to break a bit at that point. 🤫

Did this one for a third time and burned over 750 cals. The more energy you put in the more calories you burn. I'm so proud of myself and I LOVE this workout!!! ❤️

I have words for this workout today, except, I LOVED IT. I always love anything boxing. But this workout was great. Thank you. We keep going no matter what.
I just discovered there was more than one of your workouts (New Years Eve) on here. Yay! So because I'm prone to back spasms, it would be even more wonderful of there was less repetition. For example, after you do say 3 sets of 8 of one movement, don't repeat that in your class, if possible 🙏
