Even outside of the big 3, you NEED to be pursuing progressive overload. More weight, more reps, more sets, over time.
The short term goal with the pull ups is to be doing clean sets with 100lb attached in the next few months. Always be improving.
"Oh Maurice off here"
classic
how big is your biceps? can you do a video of measuring your biceps please thank you
Check out "progression" in the app store! It's on android and iOS. The best app for tracking your lifts!
Training
Pretty sure this involves ancient Nordic rituals, in which several people and animals are sacrificed to Thor. I might be mistaken though.
yo Omar drop your skincare routine man
What's cracking guys Oh Maurice off here

Before watching this: Progressive Overload
Use Fitnotes to track you're workouts very easy
I track my progress daily
I turn on captions just to see how to spell your name
It would be interesting to see what you look like actually ripped, it may be due to your insertions that you're having a tough time seeing those striations…and I challenge you to work on your calves.
That’s some good strength Omar. Impressive. Agree with your message to work smart.
They r boosting ur low self esteem dumbass look at ur self ur small as shit smh
Put on the green Ranger suit
You used to do vlogs right? Anytime bringing them back ?
you make those pullups look so easy!
you forgot sleep.
without enough recovery, no energy to push it.
I can tell by becoming a dad 😛
duuuude!
We are making progress
Im proud 😢
Can we get VinnieRehab back for some more videos
What if you use the same weight but increase reps? Will you gain muscle?
I track my reps in reserve also, this lets me look back at a given load and compare it to a deload I might have to do: is this given workload easier for me now than it was a month or three before?
I was told all you Need are some old fashion pullups situps and plenty of juice
Logbooking is a major key
what worked the best for me in the past :
1 – not working or having a stressless part time job.
2 – living at my parent's house, to avoid the stress of paying taxe, bill, rent etc.
3 – not having a full time gf, it will distract you, just having a pussy to deload.
4 – having a monk life = waking up at 9 am, eating, playing video game, eating, having a nap, training, eating, playing video game, eating, going to bed at 10 pm.
5 – repeat the monk life for month.
6 – lift heavy on basic to build mass.
7 – training in a real gym, with a spirit.
8 – having autistic habit, like one special shirt for squat, one for bench, and delaying the training if the tshirt is not dry after the laundry.
Omar, what are your thoughts on extreme strict technique. Is there anything as "too strict"?
You should follow your rules cause you're small
"The ONLY Way To GUARANTEE Muscle Growth"Answer: Stop watching stupid YouTube videos on the internet like this one FFS.
I've followed this guy for 3 years. Massive fan! Was a great inspiration behind my books 👌
Fitnotes for android
Please make more of those fat boy shirts,I cant fit in a small….
Am not sure are you a powerlifter. I think you should bring your training back drop the weight some.. and really train. From watching your video.. it's clear to see you are strong. In my opinion your stressing your joints. P.s. creatine is the best supplement you can buy in the shops.. plus it natural and helps with recovery. Like I said drop the weight.. and grow the body.. if you can't do that you should not be giving out training advice.
Omar, where the fuck were you when i was doing cheat curls with 50 lbs everyday.
What’s the name of the app that you use to track your workouts
Thanks for being an influencer without telling a bunch of lies Omar
Oh Maurice I like your big

I progress way slower on weighted pull-ups than all of the other lifts. What should I do to fix? What progression scheme should I try?
Sure do…
Every workout with weights, reps, sets and notes if something felt off/wrong/difficult/easy that day, it's ALL written in a notebook that I've used since the beginning(over 4 years.) Writing it on paper is far more satisfying and it's easier to utilize than a phone app for me. I rarely divulge much of anything about my notebook because it's something that everyone had expressed as "too much work" but that notebook is fucking glorious. Being organized like that is delicious 💚🥰🙏
JEFIT is the best app I have found I’m
Fat but my numbers are going up
