Alternating between Heavy Bag and Hanging Bag Round For Round.

5 x Seated Close Grip Rows 8-12 Reps
5 x Wide Grip Lat Pull Down 8-12 Reps

SUPERSETS Bicep/Tricep
5 x Overhand Cable Curls/Straight Bar Extensions 10-16Reps
5 x Cross Body Hammer Curls/Lying Dumbbell Skull Crushers
The trick with the lying Skull Crusher is to rotate the dumbbells from a hammer grip to and overhand grip (palms facing the ceiling), keeping the arms at a slight angle so as not to come right over the chest. This helps maintain constant tension on the muscle!

Hey, 3 weeks late, but you know what? SKADOOUUSH!

One thing I've been trying to think of now, you say to split them into 2-3 body parts per day, I like the 5 days workout week, but what should my splits be? currently I have Squats and hamstrings on Monday, Chest on Tuesday, Back + Deadlifts on Wednesday, Arms on Thursday, and Squats + shoulders on Friday.

SKADOOOSH!!! How do you pair up the body parts on the weight side of your workouts? So you done back and arms in this one and say you pair up 3 parts per session. Would you do chest as a compound and superset shoulders and abs as another workout and then do quads calf’s and hamstrings on the third day or another way?
Sorry for the long drawn question, been watching your videos for ages now and am really keen on trying to do this high intensity high volume workout a go.
Awesome videos, helped me out a lot with my own training and the contents always bang on!

Skadooush ! Great videos ! Glad that I found your channel ! I recently bought a heavy punching bag at home , I am lifting weights since 9 months at the gym every other day. What is your advice : Is it a good routine to do one day home "punching cardio" / one day lifting at gym ? My goal is to slowly shape my body since I am "skinny fat" 5ft11 and 172 pounds , around 18% body fat . I am ready to push as hard is needed , do you have a recommended rest/round time ? Thank you in advance !

Question though…. So I do Push Pull Legs with HIIT in-between (Your Opinion?). Going off this vid doing back tris and bis, would it just be the same on chest day? And what would legs be? Sorry, just a little confused, maybe this doesn't crossover to Push Pull Legs as well as I first thought… 😕

Well done, great advise, especially with keeping your distance. Keeping head back is important. Too many youtube videos with head too forward, its gets drilled into your mind to do that in a real fight, you will end up walking to punch. I used compete in Kung Fu back when I was in my twenties. I was all legs, some hand movement. At 51, the legs not conditioned anymore Hopefully, I will get back to my old self soon. Keep the work up, top advise. I work with stuntmen, and I have to do special action scenes for film and tv, I need keep up with people half my age. I've subbed, as I was very impressed with your technique and conditioning.

Bro !, Tips to refine you technique
1. Keep the guard close to your body
2. Move a bit more away from the back so that you get full extension on the jab and cross, at the moment they are a bit short 🙂
3. Rotate your hips on the hook and cross.
Rest everything is gold 👍

kicking is much better for cutting .. you use your bodys biggest muscles thus using more energy . 100 kicks on each leg will do much more than 100 punches . if doing hiit muay thai is the best cardio and excercise

Great video! was literally thinking about how can i incorporate my MMA | Powerlifting | Resistance Work | Cardiovascular Exercise into one week. Your work quite hard which is good, i tend to supplement a lot more now. I training similar to this; to protect my body from oxidative stress on my cells from all the high-intensity stuff. Colourful fruit and veg, plenty of protein, chicken, fish and eggs, vegan plant-based protein drink (non soya/ dairy). Powders: (turmeric, garlic, maca root, fenugreek, d-aspartic acid, Korean gensing, ZMA, vitamin D, green superfood powders. Its really helped support training 6 times a week. My joints don't hurt anymore and i have way more energy and looks like im improving my body composition as well. Just need to improve the amount of sleep i have now lol. Thanks for your tips, structure to my bag work and super-setting bicep and tricep will definitely save me 30 min a day
