i did the first 3 piit workouts and i really liked them. so i was thinking of getting the 3 piits but i was wondering what's better getting the piit package that's on the piit28 website or the subscription on the app? i'm not that into meal planning but i like how i can access everything on my phone (assuming that from the website, you can only download it onto a laptop)

I feel like instead of a GIF like movement. Why don't you make a short video? As for me it's harder to figure out some of the movements and having to read…..took too long and don't feel motivated any more. Also, it would be better to have a video option, either to workout together with you like the on on the website or with just the app. If those can be fix I think I would love the app way more.

I need help to figure out what exercises I can do while having an old hip injury. I dislocated my hip and shattered my socket. I can’t jump around like everyone else.. I’m also fitness/exercise illiterate. I know nothing. Nada 😬 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️.

I’m so out of shape. I doubt there’s someone more out of shape than I am. I’m short and obese. Very obese. My BMI is like in the 50’s…. 😖 Terrible and life threatening I realize.

So I’m searching everywhere on YouTube from The biggest losers coaches to you. Idk what to do and I’m overwhelmed 😩. Any help would be a BLESSING 🙏😞.
