I found my post workout….
I've done this workout before just with a little less weight and then progressed up each time I did it. i think the max weight I used was like 110lbs and 30s for the clean and shoulder press. In any event, it's no joke. And yeah, those aren't the right deadlifts. It's actual deadlifts with the weights tapping the floor each rep. It's not wide-straight leg dealifts. Still though,great workout.
anybody here attempt high rep volume on deads? my guess would be few and none this is a anaerobic ball buster as to why they keep the weight as light as they do promotes metabolic speed and allows the muscle to gain that supple athletic look. this is obviously foreign territory to the man and he attacked it hard good on him.
