Totally wrong list! Who has said Ronnie Coleman has the best genetic and gifted in bodybuilding? He was working out heavy like mule in gym every single day! A good genetics in bodybuilding means a person with less workout gets a better result compare to a person who is working out harder and spending more time in gym.

I wouldn't say that the mentions at the end must train harder as the five you picked. As example Ruhl never trained so heavy as Colemann. Ruhl max squat was around 700 pounds where Colemann was at 800 pounds. At the cable machine Ruhl was at 280 pounds and Colemann at 370 pounds. I rememeber that rule trained two to four hours a day in two sessions five times a week this is also including cradio.
There is a very high chance a guy somewhere out there who has better genetics than all of these bodybuilders but we will never get to witness it because he didn't want it bad enough or never got a fair shot

To say guys like Dorian had to work harder is a little bit of an over statement. Don’t get me wrong all of these guys work but to say Ronnie didn’t have to work as hard is totally miss interpreted!! Have we all not seen what lengths Ronnie went to to win. He beat his body into submission. He can’t even walk now
