Wow, this is painful to watch…this girl's an idiot. Those are not mountain climbers, that's not proper squat technique, and that's not how to do ball slams…she just got her pt cert and they let her make a video seriously…if you girls want proper technique watch MMA conditioning

My best friend and i were arguing over something. Suddenly she said "my head is bigger than yours". My best friend's mum said " yeah but her butt's bigger". It honestly made my day to know that people i know are noticing the changes to my body because of the workouts i do.
