I'm 56 & have fibromyalgia so I modify when you jump, etc. Also don't like to be on my knees excessively. I don't have knee issues but I just do standing/other versions of the knee choreography. 👍 Keep up the great work Queen. 👏🏿👏🏽👏🏾👏🏼

Tiffany always makes me feel good and strong when I do her workouts. I love that she's not squatting all the way to the ground…that's hard for me to do. Nevertheless, her workouts are effective, indeed! Proof that there is no need for me to hurt myself trying to do tha MOST.
