Great content, want to see some stuff about shoulder mobility work
"Good how are you dude" no answer :,l
Completely agree. I have scoliosis and the moment I started training my core the chiro helped so much more. I'm actually going back to training after 9 months of break because it's so good now.
how to properly walk, how to properly sit, how to properly get shredded. proppaa
Who the fuck is holding the camera?? ZOOM OUT AND STAY STILL SO WE CAN SEE THE WHOLE THING!
jake kinda looks like nadeem
Jake, one question, in wha conditions do we have to perform the drills in shown in this video?
Do we do that for SI jt rehab or just conditioning in general to prevent SI jt dysfunction? Or is it more for strengthening the lower abs and glutes?
Is Jake on Ateral? That man looks focused AF
do you do these exercises prior to or as an accessory to the workout?
#BenchMoreThaniCanSquatButWorkingOnIt squad where you at?
gains not pains how clever
the best videos…
More of these vids, having trouble finding this kind of info for my injury
How about some cervical spine rehab? Mines affecting everything from my shoulders to my jaw
HOW ARE YOU, DUDE?
Hey just really want to express my thanks for this. As a person who has had SI dysfunction for years, I know that online resources towards this issue are few and far between. Please keep up the good work!
Jake has such a death stare
Hey Omar, can you get him to talk about Groin pain in the Sumo Deadlift, i find that whenever i do a heavy SDL, if i keep doing it, after 2 weeks i get a lot of pain in the front of my hip, almost like a hip flexor, and foam roalling doesn't seem to aliviate as much as dropping it all together. thanks man !
Omar it's 4:00 in the morning on New Years and I want to know is your hair natural or do you use shampoo and other chemical like conditioner
Jake – You said that you're using the dead bug to train the low back to come into a neutral position but the whole exercise is teaching the patient to lose the neutral position and the lordosis of lumbar spine. If these exercises are for people w/ SI dysfunction why would you get people to perform exercises training them into postural faults (losing lumbar lordosis)? To me, that exercise promotes loss of lumbar lordosis which leads to a flat lumbar spine leading to further SI and low back issues…
Solid advice very informative video…..thanks for sharing…..I will try this stuff out
Omar, could you and Jake do a video on lifting with scoliosis and stretches or exercises to help. Cheers
great corrective exercises for an anterior pelvic tilt
Thank you Omar for these SI joints related videos, appreciate it!
Can we hold on to something if we find it difficult to initially balance? Also, if one glute is stronger than the other, then how should we go about fixing it?
Anything on rehabing muscle imbalance due to injury, would be way helpful.
