Completely agree. I have scoliosis and the moment I started training my core the chiro helped so much more. I'm actually going back to training after 9 months of break because it's so good now.

Jake, one question, in wha conditions do we have to perform the drills in shown in this video?
Do we do that for SI jt rehab or just conditioning in general to prevent SI jt dysfunction? Or is it more for strengthening the lower abs and glutes?

Hey just really want to express my thanks for this. As a person who has had SI dysfunction for years, I know that online resources towards this issue are few and far between. Please keep up the good work!

Hey Omar, can you get him to talk about Groin pain in the Sumo Deadlift, i find that whenever i do a heavy SDL, if i keep doing it, after 2 weeks i get a lot of pain in the front of my hip, almost like a hip flexor, and foam roalling doesn't seem to aliviate as much as dropping it all together. thanks man !

Jake – You said that you're using the dead bug to train the low back to come into a neutral position but the whole exercise is teaching the patient to lose the neutral position and the lordosis of lumbar spine. If these exercises are for people w/ SI dysfunction why would you get people to perform exercises training them into postural faults (losing lumbar lordosis)? To me, that exercise promotes loss of lumbar lordosis which leads to a flat lumbar spine leading to further SI and low back issues…

Can we hold on to something if we find it difficult to initially balance? Also, if one glute is stronger than the other, then how should we go about fixing it?

Anything on rehabing muscle imbalance due to injury, would be way helpful.
