Benchpress 4 sets x 6-8 reps Rest 90 secs between

Incline Benchpress 4 sets x 6-8 Rest 90 secs between

Flat Dumbell Press 3 sets x 6-8 Rest 75 secs inbetween sets

Flat Dumbell Twist Press 3 sets x 6-8 Reps Rest 75 secs inbetween sets

Cheat Chest Flye 3 sets x 6-10 Reps Rest 75 secs

Decline Chest Underhand Flye 3 sets x 8-12 Reps Rest 75 secs

Chest Finisher (Down Press, Cheat Flye, Chest Press) 3 sets x 10 Reps Each
60 secs rest
