Just came back from the gym following this same routine, its killer. Thanks Buff! (Although i agree with some viewers about jason not doing proper form, don't listen to the haterz about using low weight in you vids. Your routines are great, just dont let it be tainted by doing them with cheat form. Ill be looking forward to your other vids. but to all the haters out there: you can do whatever the F*CK YOU WANA DO!!!!

only training a body part once a week is that enough for getting max benefits? allot of people say to hit each muscle 2-3 times a week?

cause i wanna gain some serious mass (i've been working out for 1.5 years now) will this IMMORTAL series give me some nice results in like 2 months?
