The forgotten German Giant Bodybuilder… – Nick’s Strength and Power

LET'S GO BACK TO THE MAIN SUBJECT OF BODYBUILDING!! AND NOT NATIONALISM!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
Steve Brisbois is a short bodybuilder (162cm) compared to Ralf Moeller (198cm).
Do you think Ralf has better genetics/predispositions for Bodybuilding over Steve? The answer is: NO!
On this picture Steve Brisbois looks better. True, he looks more muscular, more proportional,
with better definition and conditioning. Why?
Well, It's no doubt there is very hard work involved.
Unfortunately, hard work (whether at the gym or your kitchen) is only 30% of success!
And rest? -Here we go!
Perhaps you got it right: GENETICS!
To the point: Please, don't tell me that TALL GUYS have BETTER GENETICS for Bodybuilding over SHORT GUYS.
Because it is EXACTLY OPPOSITE!
Short bones with full muscles have great advantage over the long, thin muscles to be spread over big, long skeleton.
It's not fair at all that "poor" short guys win against the tall ones!
In summary:
IF steroids are not involved – TALL BODYBUILDERS ALWAYS HAVE TO WORK MUCH HARDER
IN ORDER TO BE AS SUCCESSFUL AS THE SHORT ONES. -END OF STORY!

Funny, in Germany he is very well known, but mostly because of his acting, though he is a terrible actor^^. So for me not really a forgotten Person, but many have forgotten that he was a bodybuilder. He also had many TV appearances in several shows in Germany. Really famous around here 😉

That guy next to him is Steve Brisbois about 5ft 4 inches,,, Rolf was also in Universal Soldier,,,Great vid

Not just a few acting gigs, he is credited with 50 roles in movies and several tv series, he played Conan in one shortlived series (22 ep). He has 5 current productions coming this year and 2018.

first time I seen ROLF was in the 1989 film cyborg with van damme and he looked massive

Rolf Moeller

Met Ralf once in Hermosa bch Ca back in 89. He was with one of my buddies and introduced himself. He looked familiar and I asked him if he was an actor and he said "trying to be".. Very humble and polite dude for sure. Guy was a chick magnet lol. About 12 of us camped on the beach that night and got wrecked. He out drank us all.

Talk ppl are so lucky.
I'm only 5'7 adult male, so I know how much it sucks to be short, and how praised tall ppl are.

He also did best of the best with Eric Roberts in the mid 90s and still looked very impressive for his age at the time, could't help but notice how similar his character from that role looks compared to the final boss in the infamous NeoGeo game WorldHeroes JET and WorldHeroes Perfect…..lol

My mom bought Ralph muiller professional body building book back in the 1980 end of the decade for my brother he about six foot one.. Remember reading he placed third to Arnold Schwarzenegger at Mr universe or wiedermann trophy

He had a short stint as Conan in the TV show
