My girlfriend bought me the first one for our anniversary! She knew how much I have been trying to lose that stubborn body fat and just general quick healthy meals as I often resorted to eating unhealthy food. Must say I love the book! Especially the guilt free 'fats me up' smoothie! Your books have made a positive impact on my life and I must say I'm super happy to have stumbled across your YouTube channel! Damn I strugglin so much now. I used to pull through very easily, but i've put on more muscle and it's really hard to keep up sometimes.

P.s Deffo need to get myself this book.. although I am vegan so I don't think the recipes will be up my street, but I'm sure they're adaptable and the rest of my family (non-vegans) will LOVE them!
p.s that deffo doesn't mean im going to start cooking all their meals for them! aha!

I love your videos. They're in real time so you can follow along like a dvd exercise guide. I used to run and effectively lost weight but sustained minor damage and recurring pain in my left shin because of shin splints. This is because of anterior and lateral pelvic tilt. Until I can get that sorted out I can't do much in the area of weights and I'm so happy I found your channel because it's let me get back into working out to loose weight. Even my mom uses your videos.
