OLD SCHOOL BODYBUILDING 💪💪 March 21, 2020 - 12:18 am

1970’s Mike Mentzer or Casey Viator

1980’s Bertil Fox (got to see him on stage once in the 90s he was awesome)

1990's Dorian raised the bar and Nasser raised it a bit more

Marcus Ruhl then 2010 Rolley Winklar

Idk man… bodybuilding back in the day seemed to be a more aesthetically pleasing/desirable style of physique. They just look fucking freaky now. Like gross weird, "wtf is that" freaky. I would honestoy be upset if I just woke up one day and looked like that. It's just way too much for me. But then again, I am not a huge bodybuilding fan to begin with. I would rather just be strong than have huge amounts of muscle.

Nick I really like your content. You're from Ohio, right? I thought you had mentioned that before, I'm just north of Dayton in Troy.

“Let’s start with the 1970’s era of bodybuilding.” Yeah, and let’s stop there, too.

I don't know if you left out brutal bertil Fox because of his legal pass in the situation he was in for the crime he committed but as far as being one of the mass monsters in the 80s he had to be included in there over anyone else of the 80's even Gary strydom bertil Fox had to be around 280 290 or just under in competition but definitely a mass monster of that era.

How about Bertil Fox, isn’t he the biggest guy out there in the 80s? I guess so. The guy looked just different from all the guys on stage including Lee Haney

70's/80's were the best of Bodybuilding. Today's builders over-do it and look not fit and muscular, but thick and unhealthy.

I wonder if some of these guys are using just a little synthol. They have huge mass, but maybe they use a small amount of oil in there to top it off.

Arnold is not 6'2. He's more like 5'10 or 11.
