It says calories on the bottom but there are 2 different numbers if I'm tracking this routine, which number do I use and whats the difference? I cannot wait to get home to try this tonight!!

I enjoy everything in this workout but I really have a love hate with burpees.

m100's are better if you do them right. If you do the burpe with the push up and the jump squat all the way down

Great workout but on the first round of burpees you did 16, not 25:) And i was wondering how come you were faster than me;)

This is tough — one of the few I have to take several extra breaks on (especially during the burpees). Since it's not timed, there is less pressure to stay on pace, which makes it more feasible. Give it a try; you'll be proud of yourself in the end!

started this thinking "oh I did the 500 rep workout, so this one should be easy." I was wrong. So wrong.
Faster than you?!? It took me 30 minutes to complete and I nearly died 3 times during the routine so yeah, I think I'm ok…for now.

WHOOOAHH!!!!!!!! I had to take it easy on the upper body cause I have upper body scheduled for tomorrow so I only did 15. The last group I did 10 reps. BRUTAL!!! Workout complete 29.07.2017 – 4.26am #FB30 replacement workout.
When do the jack knife crunches and your laid out flat, is it okay if your back is curved? Like my middle back is not touching the ground? Is that normal?
Not sure how I JUST found this now but, OMG. My 1st set of burpees I was only able to get to 20. The 2nd set I pushed myself. This will be a great bench mark video to see my progress. Thanks
