Maybe you should try something different just listening to your body instead of studies to make some muscle gainz. Just a tipp…..You are resting in between the reps for a long time not going to failure so you just working your nevous system and dont get muscle gainz

Oh you were joking I see. your legs are not that skinny. .I think you just need more isolation or more reps and less power lifting approach. I know this guy at my old gym who piles plates when squatting, That dude had chicken legs.
