You have the "perfect programm" based on studys lifting big loads but you are very skinny for your strength level.
Maybe you should try something different just listening to your body instead of studies to make some muscle gainz.
Just a tipp…..You are resting in between the reps for a long time not going to failure so you just working your nevous system and dont get muscle gainz

Omar I like your videos and yeah right! like you don't know it's a donkey calf raising machine. Oh you were joking I see. your legs are not that skinny. .I think you just need more isolation or more reps and less power lifting approach. I know this guy at my old gym who piles plates when squatting, That dude had chicken legs.
