this channel is my newest addition to YouTuber Bodybuilding and Fitness Vlogs that I watch. These Vlogs are one of the staples of the 2010's decade for sure. This is going off on a tangent but I read this article on what people will remember about the 2010's…you know like when you say the 1980's you think Heavy Metal, Michael Jackson, Walkman's, Saturday Morning Cartoons, Cold War etc. . . so the 2010's IMO is definitely gonna be Comic book movies, Bodybuilding and Fitness, Bodybuilding and Fitness Vlogs, Vlogs, Social media, YouTube, Game of Thrones! etc.. . .

As i agree on the 3% bodyfat, what is ur opinion in doing pull ups if a guy like me had a cut in his left bicep tendon? i only recently been able to just hang myself for a short period of time. physiatrist said i couldnt be able to do that, let alone pull ups. ur thoughts on the injury?
