The steroid would of gone viral if it works.

I was in a mast car accident that pretty much immobilized me for a period of time, and from July to august of 2019, with the use of testosterone injections, I REgained 31 lbs. I went from 161 lbs to 193 lbs.
definitely unbelievable that no steroids were used lol

why even showcase this? he obviously used all kinds of steroids and shit to achieve that. impossible for a natural lifter.

So he was basically starved for a while then came back to training. i thing It is possible , but improbable.

People in the bodybuilding circle claim that if you gain more than 20 lbs of muscle a year, you are either using steroid or a genetic freak.

Bullshit. Even with steroids and a proper diet NO ONE'S gaining that kind weight in 1 month. It was a promotion . Hell I ran my first and only cycle at 35, was 170 at 5'6". Used test Enanthante and deca put on 27 lbs in 3 months. Kept 22 lbs of it from proper PCT . Was strong as a bull. Lol

If you ask John Wood of Oldtime Strongman fame, he'll tell you that his father Kim Wood was heavily involved in the Colorado Experiment, being a close associate of Arthur Jones, and Kim says it was completely legit. As a young boy John was there for some of the time and witnessed the guys working out.
I tried out a Nautilus triceps machine one time in 1981, and I did a set to absolute failure followed by a couple of assisted reps. My triceps blew up like balloons and I was sore for days, but I'd gained over half an inch on each arm from that one set!! I'm 66 years old now and still have decent triceps, especially for a guy my age.

I call bullshit. Not at you Nick, but nothing about this story sounds reasonable. Hell, even juiced to the gills, I'm not sure a person could accomplish this. I'm no expert in the slightest but gaining 63 pounds of muscle while losing 17 pounds of fat. In the pic, I see about 10-15lbs maybe. Don't get me wrong. I'd love to put 15lbs in a month.

The fact the study is trying to prove nautilus is good equipment makes it seems more like an ad than actual science. Which is why it's probably bullshit

I once had the "honor" to use a legpress from nautilus. I was completely useless shit, because the foot platform was turning away from the body, as it was lowered. So when you bend the knees, the feet will slip over the top of the platform due to the shifting platform.
