Funny but helpful hints. For me cutting carbs is harder than quitting smoking. I drink more water and snack on raw veggies is helpful.

This is exactly what I do now after talking to a registered dietician. Glad I ditched a Ketoish/low carb diet and learned to incorporate more fiber in my diet by by bringing back carbs.
