You can just put you hands straight on a bench and keep your legs almost straight and push/pump your chest down.. You know what i mean.. Stretches the lats like crazy

No need to hang anywhere or use weights etc just simple

I wonder if shaved armpits among all these youtube fitness gurus are considered unmanly

I just really don't understand why some people don't shave their armpits. It is awful and disturbing.

Hi Scott! SERIOUS QUESTION!!! Why is Jeff Nippard using Your videos of machine training in HIS books that he is selling on His website!??? Are you Two working together and so you get a certain percent of his profit of selling His books while using Your youtube videos here!? I am seriously confused… I think the both of of you know your stuff, but on top of knowing what one teach, business ethics is Also Highly important for me to decide Who I follow and even more so purchase products from! Please explain why Your videos are in His books as the only video to look at of many, many of the exercises in his program.

I actually started doing the row machine a lot right after my 30 days of pullups.

After visiting my parents` retirement condo in Florida for most of the month of June, and having access to the onsite gym which was great, I am back home in North Carolina. Gyms are closed here and will be for the foreseeable future. I have invested in a set of dumbbells in two sizes (25lbs and 50lbs) and I had to hunt them down for a decent price. I made my own bench and have managed to recreate about 3/4 of the movements I would do in the gym. I use my bicycle in place of the treadmill since our weather is nice most of the year I can do short bursts of speed (to mimic HIIT) and long runs (usually 15-20 miles and planning on doing almost 100 over two days) for the cardio. However cable exercises have been difficult to recreate.

Sad dumbells are the only weights available at home. Gyms are close. Btw, I've learned so much from your videos man i love it! Really helps!

Here in U.K. my gym has just reopened . 1 hour training slots and I haven’t lifted weights for 4 months . I did a 5×5 which is my go to for returning to the weight room bench squat baaahbell row and man it felt good . Thinking of literally just training that for awhile until things get back to normal.

Missed this type of genuine content unlike some other channels who just continuously bash others for views.

Here are three Pro-mo tips I wanted to share with you on back training.

Straight arm pull downs with EZ bar and incline bench for greater ROM.

You could use a straight bar as well.

Multi tool for rows. This is incredible

bigger ROM and I can lift 20% more weight this way. Or you can use 2 single hand paddles and a chain link.

Slanted double D for pull downs and landmine rows.
