I looooove doing this stretch after a long day sitting at my desk or after I go running! It’s been a life saver! 🙌

So if a person can't touch their toes… they are supposed to do that advanced move?

that’s literally the same as just bending over and touching your toes except your starting at the bottom

Ok if you have a tight lower back and tight hamstrings the last thing usually wanna do is stretch them. Instead stretch you hip flexor and quads. Trust me your lower back pain is almost imddeialty gone. This stupid lady doesn't know what she talking about AT ALL

Stretches should be performed slowly and held for much longer than the video shows. The benefit of stretching comes from how long you hold it, not the number of reps. This video looks like a recipe for injury unless you are already pretty flexible with great core strength. If you can't replicate the video then you need to build up to that level, ideally with a professional coach who knows your capabilities. Better to exercise gently than overdo it and become unable to work out for the next few weeks!

No, this will do nothing for lower back. Believe me, I can practically fold myself in half comfortably and still suffer lower back pain. I think it has more to do with shoulders, obliques or hip flexors.
