I love this! I use a rose quartz (which I have always associated with TIU!) and a smoky quartz (for transformation) during every TIU mindful meditation. ❤️✨

I have 3 crystals. I have no idea what I'm doing with them lol. But i have rose quartz, a moon stone, and a clear quartz. I would love to learn more about them and how I can utilize them in my daily life…

Wonderful video and subject. Crystals are fun, energizing, grounding, inspiring (and so much more). I love having rose quartz and pink candles on the bathtub. Amethyst with it's deep beautiful purple is very empowering. I like to wear this as a necklace. Reminds me on tough or busy days that "I got this. I can think/work through any situation". Black Tourmaline and Onyx are also personal favorites. While I'm working towards my goals and dreams I'm protected day to day from negativity and won't let obstacles block me. Karena, thank you for constantly sharing such positive energy. You are appreciated!
