I think this one is the best leg exercise among videos that you have because it contains all workouts for legs…
I've been using this video for my legs for about 3 years and I got perfect leg shape that I wanted 3 years ago. Thank you!! 🙂
By the way, is there way to remove my cellular rate in my thigh? 🙁

I thought the wall sit was the easiest thing..till I did it n my thighs tightened so much n I fell off in 5 secs
