I'll try anything. I've never benched more than 295 (at 195 bwt), and I want to hit 315 before I die. Also, I'm 42 so I don't want to gain 50lbs to do this.

I know you don’t fully lock out in a bench press, but in a push up you have to.
Espacially if you’re saying that the serratus has to work more and says r.o.m every 2 seconds.. ‘:p

This exercise is the best vertical pushing exercise that you can do. There is nothing to match it, it is way way superior to the bench press then you could imagine. Not only does your scapula move freely a d engages your serratus, you also have to stabilize a lot which makes it even more functional especially for athletes that need to push opponents away from them self. Do it with a dip belt and save yourself 300 bucks.

Anybody know where I can find the harness he's using for the weighted push ups? I want to include them in my workouts more but putting plates on my back is impossible once I'm going heavier than 1 45lb plate.

Hello Omar! Can you settle the advanced levels of Strength in calisthenics? (example: in weightlifting we have 1BW Press, 1.5BW Bench Press, 2BW Squat, 2.5BW Deadlift). Exercises are Weighted Dips, Weighted Push Up, Weighted Chin Up and anything else you want), your answer is very important to me! ❤️

Now that I'm going to fortis west I've been making good use of the deficit pushup machine/thingy. Also easier on my wrist than regular pushups so there's that.
