ahhh i love this format! also love that i can do just like two songs for a quick morning boost (need these to be under 10 mins) and it´s a nice change from what i usually do (one round of piit)

Dear Future Grass,

this video isn't part of the calendar but IDK why it isn't part of the calendar or the Summer Challenge because I LOVE IT! FINALLY! GOOD WORKOUT MUSIC! And, all of this tiktok songs are songs I LIKE. EEEEEK!

But this was extremely hard and I had to stop multiple times which is fine because I still finished. I'll just have to do better next time.

I usually don't break a sweat doing an ab workout, but this joint right here? Omg I was breathing like Shaq. My boobies were sweaty!!! And to think I planned to do another video after this, nope not today!

I did this workout every second day along with other workouts that added up to 1 hr, with changing my diet to just eating less junk food and more fruit and veg, after a couple of months my waist went from 27 inches to 24! This really does work!

Every so often I will go try a different ab workout, but I always come back to this one.
I enjoy the variety of moves, I only have to modify one set of crunches (because of my おばさん hips), and my abs really feel like they got a proper workout at the end of it 😀

I just startede training a month ago. Today I ran 4 km today and tried this when I got home. I was only able to do 1/3 of it. But I loved it. I have a goal now. In three months I will be able to do all the video without a break.
