Arnold owns this pose, along with the twisting back double biceps, hand on wrist most muscular, and mantis pose.

not current , but Nasser 96-99 era was very impressive in this pose and deserves an honourable mention
Big Ramy’s waist size is so impressive for someone so huge.
You forgot Bob Paris. He would do a variation where he would actually mimic nocking an arrow and shoot it.

I reckon Arnold did these 'unique' poses to disguise the fact his biceps were asymmetrical. One had a much higher peak than the other. Even when he did a 'classic' front double biceps he had one arm higher than the other to hide the asymmetry. Check it out of you don't believe me. Love these poses though. Very artistic.

One of the best archer poses belonged to Lee Labrada, especially the rotating archer pose! It was like an ancient Roman sculpture coming alive! +Nick's strength and power
What about the Bob Paris archer pose, he did it knelt down so showing calves too
Yeah, I'm here too. Saying that no one even comes close to Bodybuilding greatness like Arnold. That's why the public won't watch. Men with his looks and genetics get into modeling and that's about it. They don't ever think of torturing their bodies and taking drugs for what amounts to being in a horse show.
Every competitive bodybuilder but Steve Reeves and Arnold, lacked the genetics to achieve anything worthwhile. These ugly fuckers and their ugly fans can continue to pretend that BB is not a beauty contest and never attract the mainstream public. Even horse shows have more pizzazz

Its funny when you look at Ed Corney at 2:25…. Then you immediately go to Phil at 2:30…… Makes you wonder how the fuck the Olympia got so out of whack doesn't it? Phil doesn't even look like a human being in this pose…. he looks like a bull. Ed's body represents what Mr. Olympia SHOULD look like…. Unfortunately, the public only wants to see monsters these days so Ed wouldn't even place in the top 20….. crazy.
The nice thing about the way Arnold does it, Is that his biceps are so big, You can still see the one on the straight arm stand out.
