The Afterburn Effect. Its the biggest load of shit ever. Its just like P90x muscle confusion. Don’t be confused into buying that bullshog. These are cool sounding words that mean NOTHING NEW.

The Afterburn Effect is a cool term for what happens when you exercise. When you exercise you raise your metabolism, its called a metabolic debt, your body has a temporarily elevated metabolism and as a result of having a higher metabolism, your body burns MORE calories in subsequent ours.

But this happens with any training, there is NOTHING special about it. What you REALLY want to focus on is how to MAXIMIZE your metabolic debt, or be EPOC. No I did NOT stutter.

EPOC (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption) is defined scientifically as the “recovery of metabolic rate back to pre-exercise levels”. You want to be as EPOC as possible.

HERES 7 WAYS to BE more EPOC

1. Focus on BIG movements. Compound movements are the most intensive exercises. Full body days, upper/lower splits, push/pull/legs, they all work. This means doing squats, deadlifts, chin-ups, dips for 6-8 reps and 3-4 sets.

2. Incorporate Weighted Circuits in Your Program. A circuit with weights basically means taking much less rest inbetween working sets and using a lighter weight. This means 15-20 reps of compound movements with no rest, 3-4 sets.

3. Use NO machines. Machines suck. Also avoid traditional light cardio. Jogging is for 100 year old men.

4. Eat small frequent meals throughout the day to fuel your body.

5. Buy a Pedometer. You should be active all day to keep your metabolism stoked. 10,000 steps a day minimum, without training or cardio.

6. Get as much NEPA as possible. NEPA is non-exercise physical activity, like cleaning the house, sex, cleaning the house after sex, or sweeping the yard.

7. Do cardio AFTER Exercise. Cardio is MUCH more effective AFTER exercise.

8. Make Your Cardio Intense. Jogging is great if you already exercise at least 6-7 hours per week. But for real body transformations, you want to do high intensity cardio. Simply put, do 30 seconds of sprinting and 30 seconds at a moderate pace. Rinse and repeat for 15-20 minutes

The concept already had a name, as Omar clearly said. Omar is talking about how bitches like Mike Chang claim if you do his exercises from his videos you'll get a better "Afterburn" than anyone else. Mike Chang claims he learned about it and is passing it on to us like he is extremely generous. He is simply taking advantage. Omar tells it like it is sucka.

Hey, have you considered "MuscLeader" (just search Google)? There you can watch a nice free video featuring the right way to build up noticeable lean muscle easily while dropping excess fat at the same time. Chris and plenty other guys had great results applying this technique. I hope it helps you too…
