So I'm doing the bikini challenge and on her facebook she says you have to do the workout twice if the workout appears on the playlist twice, if it appears only once then do it once. But the video is in two different languages in the bikini challenge day 2/3-playlist so how many times do I have to do this workout when I'm doing the bikini challenge and not just as a seperate workout/post baby bounce back(bc then it would be 4 times, i know ).Â
I hope someone understands my question cause my english is pretty bad!
It would not be so hard, if it didn't include 25 walkouts, my arms are dying and I'm about to do it all over again – will only do it zwice through though the 4 repetitions is something I will have to wörk towards…

Burning off that last 15 pounds of fat seemed like impossible challenge until I actually tried out the “fetching tuti space” (Google it). It was so easy to shed that unwanted weight once I got started!
