4:47 showing an example of a true set of bodyweight training taken to near technical failure. Do NOT sell yourself short. Do not forget to push the intensity and get the set RPE where it should be!
Not sure I got this right. Anybody who says calisthenics is easy can do planche, front lever and the mighty iron cross…right? I guess not… Besides, some calisthenics dudes got insane upper bodies. Legs? Not so much. Dunno how much they are juicing, but looking at them I suspect they are. Pretty much nothing beats the gymnastic rings for upper body. That said, barbell is essential, but it's too damn heavy and bulky for a small apartment building flat. Your neighbours will NOT appreciate.
something i found helped me was to do exercise variants where i can still maintain a low to moderate rep range and high intensity e.g. one arm pushups (gradually decreasing level of incline) or pullups with a backpack on with weights inside . i feel like its easier to see progress that way which is a great mental boost as well in this self isolation period
In highschool I found that while doing pushups it was fun to start diamond and slowly progress to say narrow, then wide grip, then either japanese or prison variant pushup to finish. Mixing slow and control somedays is good too especially when you spiderman or something involving more of your core. Then hitting the dip bar right after 😀 time to die… In these trying times, yall take care of yourselves and watchout for eachother take care of your physical health priotize movement early as possible of the day. Lot of people stuck inside and cabin fever can get real. Cold showers help if you have a hard time waking up and moving.
Alphadestiny has been saying the same thing. Do insanely high volume workouts to compensate for the lack of weight. Check out his 500/1000 pushup workout and 500 pullup workouts. They're intense and will definitely leave you sore for 2 days minimum.
I do pushups with bands and strict 1 second pause at rhe bottom full contraction at the top and im getting 8 reps to failure and same with incline and decline pushups and close grip pushups, i can bench press 140kg for 4 reps im having better workouts in my garden
Currently I am stuck in countryside, I literally take some iron, put it into the backpack and do pull ups and pushups and increase the weight every session. However it is more complicated with ohp, because objects that I have either too light, or too uncomfortable to lift and handstand push-ups are too hard for me now. Doing lateral raises with a hummer lol.
For beginner and intermediate there is really no point in being afraid of not putting on more muscle because of lack of equipment. Thank you for helping sharing the information !🙌

You can grab my new apparel while available at: https://raskolapparel.com/
Some constructive criticism: don't put so much text to read while you are talking. Then there's two things to pay attention to, which is not feasible.
I want to see you wear that peach bois crop top in the next video.
Legend has it, Omar Isuf wears every shirt before shipping to make sure it fits properly.

Do you think its possible to be lean if you home workout for 50 to 1h everyday?and how long would it take?

Hold at the top of a movement.

I'd say find harder variations of these exercises or put things in a bag or backpack
Ah when I can do more pushups than Omar… but get blown out of the water at lifting hahahahaha
Omar wasn’t doing push-ups, he was doing house pressdowns.

Getting fat from staying at home = more weight for the pushups. Self fixing problem!
those push ups gave me a form boner
My last workout was 440 pushups and 150 pull ups. Trying to push hard during this quarantine
Omar…for the love of god…..what is the name of that outro song?

BLC instructors would those push ups
Just add weight with weight belt for push up ffs
sure you will lose high 1 rep max potential but its better than nothing. i do push ups with 45 pound plait on my back

Nothing but the truth
there is no link in the description
Do one armed push up. Make your body weight exercises more difficult.
I can't afford a squatrack…
So now I do basic log+backpack squats: https://youtu.be/YUUNXWl-p4Y
Gym membership is temporary, buy your own weights and barbell. It will be worth it.
