Anyone who tries to shade Pilates needs to first survive your warmups without breaking a sweat and then make it to the end of one of your core workouts the first time. They’ll still be wrong but at least they got a solid workout in

I went from not being able to do an actual roll up to being able to touch behind my head with my toes and completely roll up to a sitting position with my legs straight out in front of me, after just four visits to the pool. Lol. Swim for the win.
I love your videos and workouts, they motivate me to do them too and be more athletic. Is there any chance you could recommend and leg stretches or exercises to build muscle/make them stronger?
