I m working out almost 5/7 a week and I recently divide sessions in days:abs one day, arms the other,thighs and butt the other…30'a days of toning…that s why I d like sth specific …(I already walk 6-8 km a day for cardio ,working) but when I don t work I can consider a cardio workout.thank you, you deserve more!!!!

You are so motivating and I love your low impact cardio video. Can u do some more because a couple years ago I had back to back car crashes and my knee is so messed up. I can't do any jumping on my knee cause it swells up like a ballon. My legs also need a lot of toning and strength so any thing you can recommend would be good. Thank you and I love your vids. 😍😍😍

Like many others, you have inspired me to live a stronger and healthier lifestyle! I love your videos, I connect with you and you motivate me so much. So thank YOU! As for requests, I think you have a great breadth of videos, but if I had to make a request, it would be for more chest exercises (I struggle to do push-ups) and more cardio! I am trying to push myself to run more so also maybe some advice on how to train for a marathon would be great too (I know there are lots of other runners out there!). Thanks again Amy! <3

Why do I love it so much, your workouts are calm I can clearly hear your explanations, the moves aren't rushed which gives me time to get my form right. No thumping back ground music just a rhythm beat to help with the pace – excellent. I've subscribed and am looking forward to your new routines, especially dumbbell and barbell for hamstrings and glutes to have a great workout but easy on the knees, to get the form right and avoid injury. I am a 50 year old beginner that wants with a focus more on burning fat, becoming lean toned, learning correct form to avoid injury and maintain flexibility and I think your channel will be my go to, so a huge thank you back at ya x x

Dear Amy, I started your kettle bell workouts last Spring, I am a mother of three kids, 13, 9 and 6 and I just never took time for myself. But after struggling with a back injury for about two years I realized I had to do something. I will never be a skinny girl, but I always liked the fact that I was strong and could do all the lifting and grunt work needed to be an amazing gardener in taking care of my yard. Your workouts are amazing and I like that you are always positive and recognize we might have days where workouts are just tough to get through. But I keep at it because your workouts are "do able" and fun. I have only lost 4 pounds after 12 weeks of 3-4 workouts per week, but I am stronger and in less pain. Since my kids are all back to school this Fall for full days (in 9 years I have always had a child or two home with me for part of the day), I hope to give myself the 30 minutes needed daily for working out and staying healthy as I approach my 45 birthday. Thank you for your inspiration and for being a very genuine person. As a psychotherapist, I can tell you care about helping people and I am glad you do a great job of taking care of yourself as well – a great role model!
