Omar would be nice if you could upload a few videos about proper form and common mistakes for popular movements.. like bench, squats, deadlifts, some lats movements.. because I'm like 6 months into working out and would really like to see something like that..

Hey Omar, how's your overhead mobility? I had to stop doing horizontal pressing (benching or anything like it, pretty much) because it was making my already awful overhead mobility even worse. A good test is putting your back against a wall with your knees bent, then putting your arms to your side like you're grabbing a racked bar, except keep your elbows and wrists in contact with the wall. Then, while keeping your ass, back, shoulders, elbows, and wrists glued to the wall, try and straighten your arms overhead. For me, mobility was a huge limiting factor on my lifts for months and I'd hate for you to have the same problem.

Can you please explain Hypertrophy, strength and speed training or whatever cause I'm not %100 sure of what they are and I feel many people feel the same
Would it be bad if you just try and lift weights with Hypertrophy in mind but go until fatigue every time?
