idk why lol IMO Omar has a lot of helpful footage
Omar would be nice if you could upload a few videos about proper form and common mistakes for popular movements.. like bench, squats, deadlifts, some lats movements.. because I'm like 6 months into working out and would really like to see something like that..
esp bench press to avoid shoulder ache(I get a dull ache in left shoulder)
great job man, would love to see more training videos 😀

Hey Omar, how's your overhead mobility? I had to stop doing horizontal pressing (benching or anything like it, pretty much) because it was making my already awful overhead mobility even worse. A good test is putting your back against a wall with your knees bent, then putting your arms to your side like you're grabbing a racked bar, except keep your elbows and wrists in contact with the wall. Then, while keeping your ass, back, shoulders, elbows, and wrists glued to the wall, try and straighten your arms overhead. For me, mobility was a huge limiting factor on my lifts for months and I'd hate for you to have the same problem.

I just injured my ac joint and benching is a mess. Almost impossible. Although I'm going to PT do you think you could explain how to prevent future agitations and how to heal it correctly.

Omar, do you do cardio man? i have been training for a year now started out just trying to lose weight amd i dropped 30kgs but never gained any size but now im just lifting, and currently lifting heavy. you're a massive dude do you cardio?
