My husband said that squats past 90° are bad for your knees and if you wanna squat longer with age don't go past that. I have been doing these type of squats tho.

I can't find a video on what Mike thinks about bar placement. Low bar or High bar squats? It seems like Mike is squatting high bar, but I seem to be doing better low bar (Rippetoe) squatting. Is it better to squat high bar with lower weight or go low bar and load more weight?
