Do you have any workouts that work the inner thigh? I really need to work out that area.
At the begining it was so difficult for me I was like ¨ Whoaa I can´t do this¨ but then I got used to it and now I can even do it multiple times without complaints and it actually works good for me, my friends began to notice a difference in me which makes me want to continue more and more

Omg that was the most intense booty workout by you that I've done, so far. I think its mainly because it was nonstop and didn't give me a chance to rest lol but my legs and butt are on FIRE! I hate and love you for this video! I shall try to do it a few more times 👍 thanks!
