there are 3 or 4 tendons crossing your abs which define whether you are able to have eight or just six pack

No, he's not talking bull. Fap boy is. Some people have 8 packs. Some have 6. Some have 4. Of course, you'll never know what you're concealing until you get your body fat % low.

Well man, take some body fat measurements and if you're not around 6% it won't show. And if you're predisposed to a 4 pack, you should be able to get a pretty sick looking V at least 😛 Good luck man!

Hey Jeff, is it not better to do the resistance band routine you showed with a cable machine?

Dude you can have a six pack showing up with much higher than 6%…that's like pro bodybuilder fat percentage range. I'm probably at 15 and I have one.

That's why I said "around" 6%. There are many different variables regarding a visible six pack. For example, if you have thick, blocky abs then you can get away with a higher percentage of body fat. The general rule of thumb is around 6%.

@ RamaRao Ch … you're an idiot. I have a very fast metabolism and i have gone from having no abs showing to a six pack in a matter of 2 months, also within 2 months afterwards i got my 8 pack. Its all a mater of calorie intake, exercise, and staying hydrated.

Im sorry but he didn't gain 30 pounds of muscle. He was over exaggerating. If he did gain 30 pounds of muscle, he would be way bigger than he is now.

guys,if you can do the advanced calisthenics tricks that involves upper body's pushing and pulling mechanism for more than 12 reps, you got a body like or more likely better than taylor lautner.

Reply

I am gonna say it here once and for all. He did it! No cheating or steroids. Maybe not 30 but at least about 23 pounds of lean muscle. It's possible. He had the budget to get the best equipment out there , he was already well trained and fit before he started and he had a whole year. Those who say it's wrong or that he used steroids should grow a brain before growing muscle.

Hi Chris, You focus alot on working abs which is fine but I feel like it's a major pitfall to not train the back muscle counterparts, creates a problematic imbalance don't you think ?

Me watching this video in quarantine in my makeshift home gym
Me at 2:35: Oh, this makes sense, this seems easy enough, I work out everyday and I'm training for a virtual marathon, this should be no problem…
Me attempting the move: falls over immediately, shatters kneecap, smashes my face on the ground, dies of embarrassment with a mortified face
